Online Tajweed Classes
Tajweed is the set of rules that keeps every letter in its right place. These one-on-one online classes are for students who can already read and want their recitation corrected.
What you will learn
- Makharij: where each letter is produced in the mouth and throat.
- The main sifaat (qualities) that separate similar letters, such as ق and ك, or ط and ت.
- Rules of noon sakinah and tanween, and of meem sakinah, including clear, merged, and hidden pronunciation.
- Madd: when a vowel is held, and for how long, including the common madd signs in the Mushaf.
- Waqf: where you may stop, and how the last letter is pronounced when you do.
Who it is for
Students who finished Noorani Qaida or who already read the Quran but were never corrected letter by letter. Children and adults both join. If reading is still unsteady, the tutor will say so in the trial and start with Qaida instead.
How the lessons work
You recite. The tutor stops you on the letter that needs work and has you repeat it until it is clear. Lessons stay one-on-one so the correction is yours, not a group average. Classes run worldwide from home. Many students later add the Hifz program once their recitation is reliable.
Scholarships (talent-based 50% off, and need-based) can apply after review.
